Welby Jacob Canal. Eagle Mountain, UT

This Canal project done with Flagship Homes was to pipe a section of the Welby Jacob Canal to make way for a school in the "Silverlake" subdivision. This Canal is the water supply to local farms.

Crews installed 36" concrete pipe to get water through the back of the Silverlake Elementary school site.

With the new canal pipe installed crews then worked on building a detention basin to collect storm water. From the detention basin Crews install 30" and 24" concrete pipe through the school site to Golden Eagle Rd.

GOLDEN EAGLE RD. EAGLE MOUNTAIN, UT

Located south of the Welby Jacob Canal project and the Silverlake school site, Golden Eagle Rd project was to create secondary access to the school for Flagship Homes.

This project consists of multiple utilities, including sewer, storm drain and culinary water.

Crews worked on clearing a massive amount of old piles of dirt, trash, weeds and trees.

After all the undocumented materials were removed, import structural fill was trucked in to fill the void. It was placed in one foot lifts, compacted and tested.

Once the road was to grade, utilities could now be installed and backfilled.

Following the utilities being installed and backfilled, the road was then prepped. Then structural materials were trucked in, placed and compacted, making way for curb and asphalt.

Wildrose Estates. Highland, UT

This subdivision located near Lone Peak High school was transformed from horse pasture, to future homes and one commercial lot. Utilities installed consists of sewer, storm drain, water and pressurized irrigation. Power and communication conduit were also installed. Once all utilities were installed and road prep was done, crews worked on installing curb, sidewalk and asphalt roadway.

Viewpoint Flood Control. Highland, UT

Located just north of American Fork Canyon, below the burn scare from a recent fire in 2017 crews worked closely with Highland city to construct a diversion channel to direct potential flooding away from nearby homes.

The channel was excavated out to allow installation of stabilization fabric and large rock catching any flood waters and directing it down the hill away from homes.

Blair Residence. Mapleton, UT

A custom home for the Blair family. Crew worked bring in new utilities from the street to this empty lot, excavation for the footings and foundation.
After the foundation had cured we backfilled and tied utilities into utility stubs that were brought in from street.
New curb and sidewalk along with driveways will be installed for the family.

Hutchinson Residence. Alpine, UT

This project consisted of excavation and removing an existing rockwall, construction of a concrete retaining wall.

In addition widening of the existing driveway and updating the front walkway leading to the front door.

Killpack Residence

A custom home for the Killpack family. We worked on excavation for the footings and foundation.

After the foundation had cured we backfilled and made utility connections. A septic system was also designed and installed for this one.

Olsen Residence

Here a large amount of dirt was removed and hauled to create a daylighted basement, with a basement level entry.

Rockwalls and prescat block were placed to retain the neighboring lots.

Ridgeview Sewer

Working closely to reroute an existing 8" Sewer Mainline.

Peterson Residence

Excavation for footings and foundation for a custom home for Cambridge Home company.

Croft Residence, Alpine UT

This Spectacular custom home for Cambridge Home Company, was not the typical home project. The new foundation, would be just a few feet from the existing, occupied home. The existing utilities were probably the biggest hurdle. In other situations, the existing home and utilities would be demolished before new construction would begin. The owners were still living in the existing home so that was not an option.

5600 W Hydrant Replacement Highland, UT

For this project we worked side by side with Highland City water department to replace a Fire hydrant that had be hit by a car.

Hansen Cabin Solder Creek, UT

We installed a water service for this beautiful cabin, just before the ground froze this season.

UDOT SHED Saratoga Springs, UT

Working side by side with Frontier Builders to install a new sewer line and drain line for the the new wash rack.

Janeway Alpine, UT

We installed a block wall for a future sports court.
